About the Apartment

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of this beachfront apartment complex within a variety of restaurants and alfresco dining all within walking distance of the nearby town centre. There are spectacular sea and breaker views from the living area, dining area, main bedroom and second bedroom, with direct access to the magnificent promenade and Umhlanga’s premier swimming beaches. The apartment has DSTV (satellite TV), as well as high speed Wi-Fi being available throughout the apartment. Air-conditioning is provided in the lounge and dining areas ONLY. There are fans in the bedrooms, as well as fantastic sea breezes from the main and second bedrooms.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with high end appliances. The counter tops are granite, and the appliances include a fridge, microwave, sandwich toaster, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a wine fridge in the lounge.

The Lounge

The lounge is tastefully appointed with the guests comfort in mind. A big flat screen TV with a full DSTV bouquet is also featured.

The Dining Area

The dining area comfortably seats 6 guests. Enjoy a meal and spend quality time with friends and family whilst taking in the breathtaking sea views right from the table

The Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms (main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bath only) and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The main bedroom boasts a King Size Extra Length bed, with a sliding door leading onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed, also with a sliding door leading onto the balcony with amazing sea views. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. These twin beds can be reconfigured into a King Size on request.
